Today was just one of those days. The kids were home with Angie all day and I was late getting home from work as I stopped off to get a quick haircut. I walked in to find an unhappy crew, a tired momma and no dinner. So we quickly loaded up and headed out to the park to have a picnic dinner. Those may or may not be chicken nuggets Maddie and Nate are eating. Like I said, it was one of those days. But, an hour in the park was great therapy. Did you know there's a new playground at Sedgwick County Park?
Sometimes I call Erik and tell him to just bring dinner home. It happens to us ALL! And eating McD's in the park is a net zero experience. Eat it, then run around. :)
